In this case the "Save Files to B2" option won't be useful to you, as the NAS software or third party has a completely different encryption and format than Backblaze might use by default. HOWEVER -> if what you want is a "live backup" where you add new files to your NAS, then it might make more sense to get all the files correctly located on your NAS then either use the NAS internal software to mirror the files up to B2, or a third party piece of software such as Arq or Duplicity or Duplicati.
